My name is Daryl Devonish and I am the creator of the 60-Day Body
Transformation. Most recently I hosted the television series "Run Run
Revolution" on CBC, a series where I prepare a group of inactive 12 and
13 year-olds for a 5K race in the Boston Marathon through instruction,

Fit" as well as TSN's "3 Guys and a Goal." I was a Nike sponsored
trainer and consulted with Nike on their shoe designs. As a former
college football player myself I have juggled a high-level sports
commitment while earning a bachelor degree in physical education and
health and a bachelor of education degree, both from the University of
Toronto. I currently teach 1st and 4th year University students on the
fundamentals of fitness.

Now as a professional trainer and a married father of two I know how
